Medicare

Under the Better Access initiative you may be eligible for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. This requires a GP referral and a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. The session fee is $230 and the rebate is $101.55, leaving a typical out-of-pocket of $128.45. Medicare pays the rebate to you; sessions are not bulk-billed.

NDIS

We are an unregistered NDIS provider. We welcome self-managed and plan-managed participants; access for agency-managed participants is limited. No referral is needed, and plan managers and support coordinators are welcome to refer. The rate is $252.99 per hour.

WorkCover Queensland

$277 per session. This requires approval from the insurer or case manager. The first 6 psychology hours are usually pre-approved, telehealth is accepted, and we bill the insurer directly.

DVA

We welcome DVA Gold Card holders, and White Card holders with an accepted mental health condition. You need a D904 referral from your GP. DVA pays us directly, so there is no cost to you.

Private

You can pay privately without a referral. The session fee is $230.
