A person-centred practice.
We are psychologists who believe therapy works best when it is unhurried, personal, and genuinely yours. No call centres, no rotating clinicians, just considered care from someone who remembers your story.
See the same psychologist each time. Continuity matters. You build on your work week to week, never starting over.
Evidence-based, not one-size-fits-all. Approaches are chosen for you, and adjusted as we go.
Medicare rebates, handled for you. With a plan from your GP, we process each claim so you do not have to.
Ways we can work together

Clear, upfront pricing
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Medicare rebates bring the out-of-pocket cost down. Here is what comes back to you per session.
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan
All our psychologists are AHPRA registered, so the same Medicare rebate applies whoever you work with.
- Up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year
- A plan from your GP is all you need to claim
- Claim processed for you after each session
A $230 session, less your rebate
Pay $230 per session and claim the $101.55 Medicare rebate back, leaving the out-of-pocket cost shown above. We confirm every figure with you before your first session.
- NDIS: self-managed and plan-managed welcome
- WorkCover Queensland claims accepted
- Private sessions, no referral needed
Rebate amounts are set by Medicare and current at the time of writing. A Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP is required to claim the rebate. Your session fee and any out-of-pocket cost are confirmed with you before your first appointment. We also work with NDIS (self and plan-managed), WorkCover Queensland, and DVA.
Good to know
A few things people often ask before booking. If your question is not here, send us a message.

No. You are welcome to book directly with us. If you would like Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, which gives you access to rebated sessions each calendar year. We are happy to guide you through how that works.
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can claim a rebate on up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year under the Better Access initiative. The Medicare rebate is $101.55 per session, and we process the claim for you after each session.
For most common concerns, research shows telehealth therapy can be as effective as face-to-face sessions. It also removes travel, waiting rooms, and scheduling friction, which many people find makes it easier to attend consistently.
The first session is about understanding what brings you in and what you are hoping for. Your psychologist will ask a little about your background and history, and work with you to decide the kind of care that fits. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to. Together you will shape a way forward that feels manageable.
Plans change, and that is okay. With more than 48 hours’ notice there is no charge. With 24 to 48 hours’ notice, half the session fee applies; with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed appointment, the full fee applies. Genuine emergencies and technology failures are handled with discretion.
Our service is not a crisis service and we cannot provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. Lifeline (13 11 14) and Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636) are available 24 hours a day, every day.
We are based in Queensland and see clients across Australia by secure video. Wherever you are, you receive the same continuity of care from one session to the next.
